	3	Meeting room	Foreign companies can use Export Help's meeting room 2 days (~16 hours)/month to meet potential partners in Vietnam. One person of Export Help will attend the meeting (if necessary) to support on translation, follow up potential clients after finishing the meeting, etc.

Customer development activities in Viet Nam	7	Hotline number	Provide one mobile number for local sale representative so as to potential clients in Vietnam can call/contact 24 hours/day.
	8	One person is responsible for sale activities in Vietnam	Responsible for customer development and customer services for foreign companies in Vietnam. One Export Help's staff will work as a foreign company's staff in Vietnam.
	9	Database	Export Help will do the market research and provide to foreign companies the database of some of the competitors and key importers/distributors in Vietnam. The database is the soft-copy file with information such as company name, business activities, address, tel/fax, website (if any), Director, and a contact person (mobile, email).
	10	Arranging business meeting with potential business partners in Vietnam	Export Help will arrange some business meeting between foreign company and potential clients in Vietnam so that foreign company can meet and discuss with them directly. One person of Export Help will attend the meeting (if necessary) to support on translation, follow up potential clients after the meeting.
